Foam Roller- Ridged Surface
The MacTherapy Ridged Foam Roller is an easy to use and economical way to improve the body’s flexibility as it works to loosen tight / stiff muscles. It is commonly used in sports such as yoga or pilates to promote stabilisation, core strength and balance.
Once a self-massage technique used only by professional athletes, coaches, and therapists; foam rolling is now an everyday practice for people at all levels of fitness.
With it’s spikey / noduled outer layer this Foam Roller is recommended by physiotherapists for users who have experience with the Foam rolling and are ready to progress on from the Smooth Surface Roller. This is not a must but a recommendation to prevent putting users off if they are finding rolling painful to begin with.
As well as being lightweight, this hard wearing roller has a 'sponge like' feel for a firm comfortable grip. Ideal for home or gym use.
Use a mild detergent and cold water and leave to dry
On purchase you will also get an A3 wall poster and a colour printed booklet with 34 different exercises to get you started.
